It's a great place but it is the Sunridge Motel. Excellent Manager.
These are apartments now, it was a motel a long time ago but has since been converted into a small apartment community. I know several tenants that live here including the wonderful manager on property, Nikki. There's a parking slot for each unit, not sure if there's a cost for it. There's not much guess parking and becareful not to park in a spot that belongs to a tenat. There is a laundry room facility with serveral coin operated washers and dryers w/ folding counter for your needs and a garbage can. These apartments and the tenants and manager are PRO PETS, PET FRIENDLY AND WELCOME. Not sure if there's a pet deposit or pet rent. These are studio, 1 and just a few 2 bedroom units. The larger units have had the tenants there for years, these units don't come available often. I'm not sure if there is a waiting list for the larger units. They are smaller units but sufficient for your immediate needs. The view is, non existent but the majority of the units have a front yard or garden for your creativities, Hobby's or seasonal decorations. Rent can be paid weekly or monthly I believe and like any rental company, you have to complete a application that will have a small cost, I think and you must pass the criteria set forth for potential tenants. Like most properties that accept weekly rent, the over all monthly rent tends to be higher than most places for what you receive in amenities, views, space etc. But what you have to consider is rent includes Everything. PUD, Water, Garbage, Sewage, possible parking spot. At properties that doesn't include some or all of these utilities comes out with a higher monthly cost when added all up. Besides this is a nice quit neat little joint. People are friendly or friends and tenants mind there business but looks out for their neighbors.
Just picking someone up for fourth of July fireworks. But was a nice little place
Its a nice quiet set of apartments, the manager is awesome really nice and Mrs. Butters her dog. Pet friendly so drive slow because some of the cats sunbathe on the parking lot and don't be alarmed if you come out to see your car has a new and live emblem on the hood of your car. They like to feel the warmth of the engine I think and look majestic.
The hospitaity was excellent as well as the continental breakfast provided by Nikki Sonneguard
Looks could be deceiving on the outside but in the inside it's a very well kept clean and maintained hotel very nice to stay at for a night or two management is pleasant and the maintenance man there is my uncle mike
